Our EDM Hole Popping Division features the Novatec® system, which can burn a hole into any conductive material regardless of Rockwell hardness. This compliments our Wire EDM machines by quickly generating starter holes through seemingly impossible to drill materials or heights, greatly reducing cost & turnaround time! Completed projects include drilling a .012 hole thru 1.0" thick carbide, drilling a .030 hole thru 6.0" tall stainless and compound angle applications.
