At Olympic EDM & Waterjet Inc., we feature electrical discharge machining (EDM) hole popping for over 15 different metal materials, from alloy steels and aluminum to monel, inconel, and molybdenum. We can produce holes ranging from .012 inches to .120 inches in diameter, and can burn holes into any conductive material regardless of Rockwell hardness. Our EDM hole popping process employs brass and copper electrodes and is appropriate for applications such as engine components, shafts, valves, fixtures, fittings, and more.
