At Olympic EDM & Waterjet Inc., our Sinker EDM division features Agie® MONDO technology. With our premium Sinker EDM and hardened thread tapping EDM operations, we can work on difficult to machine projects, such as complex turbine vein segments and intricate mold cavities. Employing advanced electrodes constructed from graphite, copper, or copper tungsten, we can EDM parts measuring up to 14 x 20 inches in length and width and sixteen inches in thickness. We can also operate on a wide range of materials, including aluminum, inconel, invar, and hastelloy.

Unlike through conventional machining operations, our hardened thread tapping EDM services can manufacture threads in already hardened material, such as tool steel and carbide.
